Matrix@Dinnington is a modern office and workspace, providing a supportive environment in which small businesses can grow and prosper. The centre provides a fully managed, high-quality working environment for small businesses consisting of 41 offices and workshop units in Rotherham. Located on the brand new Dinnington Business Park, it is the first RiDO business centre to be built in the south of the borough. It is easy to reach, being only five minutes’ drive from junction 31 of the M1, and is within easy access of Doncaster, Worksop, Chesterfield and Sheffield. The workshops are linked to the main building and are all fitted with roller shutter doors and supplied with 3-phase electricity and water. Out of the 24 workshops, seven have a mezzanine-level office area incorporated. The centre is owned and ran by RiDO as part of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council. Unit availability and rent are subject to change and may vary. Units are available on easy-in, easy-out 1 month license agreements
